A friend told me before that the quality of ones' skin reflects the quality of ones' innards.
I don't know how true it is, but what I could say with utmost certainty is that the quality of one's words speaks the quality of his person. But this time there's a more poetic and accurately way of putting it: the quality of our posts speaks the quality of our persons.
If you want to validate this, go back to your Facebook or Twitter updates and check your posts in the past few days. Count the number of positive words against your negative words. The answer will give you a glimpse of your disposition as a whole.
Abner told me once, "Psychology is not so much a tool to evaluate and judge others. It's more useful when we use it against ourselves..." I believe he is right.
From the abundance of our hearts, we post ...
Father,
Thank You for this wonderful day.
Our words may speak against us,
But the Word You sent always loves unconditionally.
Purify our thoughts and intentions,
So that the words we speak will remind us
Your Son our Lord.
Amen.
